No pants

This appears to be a suit, eg a jacket and pants, but no pants arrived in the package. And getting someone to respond to me is absolutely impossible. I couldn’t reset my password, I’ve got to spend hours on the phone next week getting this worked out. I realize it was low priced but this is a suit for my growing son for a wedding, my wedding.

Great suit…don’t believe the sizing guide!

Love the suit, but….this was my second order. We used the sizing guide. We ordered up one size from what it said. It still came too small. Macy’s wanted me to pay to do a return, no option I could find for an exchange. Took it back to the local store where the amazing Lourdes helped us. She did a return and advised me on reordering. Second suit arrived — two sizes larger than style guide says I should order — but it fits well and looks great.

Came with stains

You can only order the size of the suit coat, which is odd. Then, our pants came with grease stains on both the front and the back.

Sent the wrong size

Plain and simple, I ordered a 44R they sent a size 30. I read the comments about them sending the wrong size and still ordered it. Do not order this suit, you are going to get the wrong size.

Missing pant, jacket sleeves are short

Ordered for my daughter’s birthday, it was supposed to be suit but when I opened the box the pants were missing, which actually made me surprised. Also the sleeves are short to me somehow size didn’t fit me at all.
