Ugly patch

This was my second casual shirt purchased unline and Nautica brand. First, what I received did not look like the picture and it had red lines. Then, I was shocked with the view of that ugly patch again on the collar section. I couldn’t believe my eyes as how in this world, a tailor could ruin his own work with such an ugly patch??? I returned the first one and decided immediately to return this one too. Even walmart shirts could not be like those two shirts sold in Macy's; very disapointing.
