Warm but not sturdy

I bought this coat in November and started wearing it in December. It fit perfectly and was very warm, but the zipper broke. Very disappointed.

WOMEN'S NAUTICA PUFFER COAT

I do like the coat, it is warm & very comfortable. I like that it has an inside pocket on both left & right side of the coat. When I bought it I was under the impression that the Faux-Fur was throughout the entire coat but it's not. Faux-fur is only on the hoodie & the top portion of the coat. But overall, I'm happy with it.
