Don’t bother

(1) there are in excess of 100 pebbles that you need to place on top of a styrofoam layer in the pot. In addition to these pebbles being a choking hazard to toddlers and pets, it would be virtually impossible not to potentially lose some of these pebbles or not to get them on the floor. (2) it is incomprehensible to me that these pebbles are not permanently affixed to the pot. Why bother manufacturing a no-maintenance product if it requires any work or one could potentially make a mess of it. (3) the styrofoam insert was misleading in that in every known circumstance where an item is shipped, styrofoam is used only to protect the item during shipping and NOT meant to be permanently affixed to the product. I would have selected zero stars if it was an option.

Very disappointed

(1) There are in excess of 100 loose pebbles that you have to place on top of a styrofoam layer within the clay pot. In addition to this being a choking hazard to toddlers and pets, it would be virtually impossible not to potentially lose the pebbles or get them on the floor.. (2) it is incomprehensible to me that these pebbles are not permanently affixed to the clay pot. Why bother with manufacturing a no-maintenance item if it requires work or there%u2019s a risk of making a mess of loose pebbles. (3) The styrofoam layer is misleading in that in ever known circumstance where an item is shipped, a styrofoam layer is only used to protect the item during shipping and NOT meant to be permanently affixed to the product. Would have selected zero if this was an option.

Don’t buy unless you love hundreds of tiny pebbles

I am so disappointed in this product. I have several living plants in my home and office, but as I started losing one by one, I wanted to try a zero maintenance decor item. (1) there was a styrofoam layer as the top of the clay pot that I routinely associate as a protective measure. However, not in this case. This styrofoam layer is meant to remain in this pot. Ugh! (2) there were I believe over a hundred loose tiny pebbles that you would have to place on top of this layer. Not only is this a choking hazard for those who have kids or animals in their home, why would l want to worry about the loose pebbles that may soon become loose and lost pebbles in my home. This item is ridiculous. How much effort would it have taken to permanently affix these stones to the pot? I really hope the manufacturer reads this and remanufactures this item with permanently affixed pebbles. I only selected a one star rating because a zero star selection was not an option.
