Cheap

The white plastic pot is not heavy enough to sustain 5mph winds. The leaves feel off as soon as I took it out of the box. Quality is terrible. I would've expexted more from a higher end place.

Extremely Disappointed

I cannot believe Macy's is selling such a horribly made product. Especially at the sky high price they expect people to pay. I waited for this to come on sale for months and I am so sorry I spent any energy keeping an eye out for sales. This plant literally fell apart as I was taking out of the box. And not the plug parts. The plastic stems of two strands broke and cannot be reattached. The strands are tied together and tucked into one of the hangar openings so the plant is basically one sided. Im hoping it will become more "full" as time passes now that its not all one giant lump of plant. Wish I could attach pics.
