One big flaw

Love the color, the leather, the size, the extended foot rest. The big flaw is the seat spring. I am 5'11 and 220 lbs. Half the weight it is rated for. When I sit down, the springs sink and a 4" gap opens up between the top of the seat and the bottom of the chair back. This means the always there lumbar cushion is too far up. My husband also needs a chair, he is 6'6", 270 lbs, and the lumbar cushion hits him wrong too, upon sinking. We both wanted to love it so much! But will have to return for a hefty return fee. But at least we will get some of our money back. We are sad. :(. I have added a pboto of my hubby just pushing on the back, and you can see the gap. It is even bigger when a body is on the chair.
