Delicious coffee

The Nespresso Vertuo Plus makes delicious coffee within minutes. It's very easy to use and clean. The noise level is also very low. There are a lot of varieties of capsules which you can choose from. I can highly recommend it.

Do Not Buy

After 18 months, the machine stopped brewing. (Was not used daily and cleaned fairly regularly.) Spent over an hour on a video call with support doing the same troubleshooting steps outlined on the website. After an hour, I was told it is a known issue with the Next machines, and my machine was a few months outside of warranty. The whole interaction was incredibly frustrating. They do offer 35% off a new or refurbished machine. I'm crushed. I absolutely loved the machine.

We recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Your Vertuo Next machine is Bluetooth Compatible, to ensure that the machine continues functioning like it was designed to, we recommend that you pair your machine to your smart device to push through any necessary firmware updates. Nespresso elevates the coffee experience

I love my Nespresso Vertuo, it has changed the coffee experience for me. I love the ease of making a great cup of coffee and the coffee pod options are great so everyone in the family can get what they want. I got it about 2.5 years ago and works great, the look and design are so much nicer than other coffee machines.

Fast.Easy.Amazing.

I have such a tight schedule, so no more coffee shops. This device is top tier. I’m not sure why it isn’t 5 stars because it’s the best device for coffee that I have ever used.

Good, dependable coffee maker.

Bought about 6 months ago and have enjoyed it for all types of coffees, including a perfect affogato. Excellent choice. Easy to use. Consider a Nespresso milk frother to use with it for cappuccino and latte.

Love easy to use, tasty coffee but ive bought 3 one for home and two for my office, two office machines broke and my home machine seems to glitch sometimes. All this within a year and a half.
