Great coffee but....
Makes great coffee but rotating pod spinner gets stuck, really stuck between cups! Have to take a towel and manually turn it until it loosens, then it can be used again. Again, coffee is fantastic, but machine is a really pain. Originally went thru all the flush and error codes with online help, but now we just use a towel, open the lid and reach in and manually get it to turn. Not easy, but works.

Do not buy this machine!
Unfortunately, I had the same issue as reviews below. I do not recommend you buying this coffee machine. My family and I returned coffee machine and upgrade to Nespresso VertuoPlus Deluxe and have had no issues.

The best machine $$$ can buy!
The Nespresso Vertuo Plus is ALMOST perfect! It is the best machine & best value for your money! This machine almost does it all, but its overall performance and features makes up for its lacking. (It basically is not compatible with the 12oz Alto capsules). Perfect size water tank & waste basket. So so easy to use, pops up and down and press a button.

Frustrating and high maintenance machine!!!
I was given this machine as a gift only two years ago and I was so excited. Unfortunately, it stopped reading the capsules only a few months after owning it. I had to jump through multiple hoops to get to working again (rinse, factory reset, unplug, wipe down, sing to it, etc.). Over the past two years this issue happened every few weeks. I was meticulous about cleaning, descaling, and keeping software up to date. When it works it’s great but it is the most frustrating machine I have ever owned. I had to call support twice. The last time they were very unhelpful and wanted me to use a brand new capsule to brew to troubleshoot (sure I’ll throw more money in the trash!). Before this machine, I had a Keurig for 12 years without issue! I’ll be going back to Keurig.
