Looks good, very comfortable, three stars because the fabric it is made out of snags very easy. If you have pets don’t buy. Also, lent, debris, aNd everything else sticks to this fabric and does not come off easily

The worst furniture I’ve bought in my life, the recliner stopped working after a mos, finally someone Came to see the problem on April 4 to this day I have not heard anything when or whether I will receive something to be fix

We LOVE this couch. Granted, we've only had it for a month, but so far it's a dream. My husband and I are tall people, so we didn't want anything super low to the ground, but we also didn't want anything too deep either that we couldn't get out of without grunting, ha! After shopping for months, we kept coming back to this sofa. Great lumbar support, love the headrests and honestly it's even more comfortable than our mattresses. We inevitably fall asleep on it when we have movie nights. We also never thought we'd own a reclining sofa, but here we are, no complaints! Looks more modern which we like as well.

The motor stopped working on the 3rd week after delivery. For the price I expected better. It is nice to look at and comfortable, but the seat was opened only 3 times before it stopped working.

I've had this sofa for a year now and I (and anyone that reclines on it) has severe neck pain and you can never get comfortable on it. I've had to purchase travel neck pillows to use when sitting and reclining to find a bit of comfort on this sofa - forget movie night.... If I could get rid of this sofa today, I would. In addition, a week after I received it, the end recliner malfunctioned; calling for service on it. Trust me on this one, do not purchase this sofa!

It doesn’t look like your basic recliner. It’s comfortable and very sturdy. Love it!

the 3 seater is our second set in 12 months with the first one having a bad motor that stopped the seat from reclining. With 5 months into the second set, one seat has lint that can not be removed and other seat has fading fabric color. Absolutely disgusting appearance and surprised that store like macys is carrying these sub standard goods.
