We have had the cream colored Nevio leather sectional with 2 recliners and one chaise for over 5 years! We are still in love with the style and the comfort.

I am excited to buy this. just one day review. I did not think of the seat base . seats are big that two people can fit instead of one. So I prefer to order 5-PC instead of 6-PC so fits most of the space. And if ordering recliner, each recliner needs an outlet .. So remember while changing from regular to recliner. I am used to sofa and loveseat and side table in between. Needs some time to get adjusted to this without side table.

It took me 2 years to decide to buy this sectional. Every time I went to the store I will sit on it and it felt comfortable all the time. I finally bought it in October 2021 and waited for it to be delivered in April 2022. It was worth the wait for me. The corner seat is the most comfortable seat. I bought the 4 piece as my space is tight and I wanted both the chaise and corner seat so it worked for my space. I am spending so much time on this couch. It's very firm and supporting for my back. I had to get a very small coffee table to fit in. Although I have the power reclining seat I am not using it and could not get away from purchasing it as the end seat came with it

Looks good, very comfortable, three stars because the fabric it is made out of snags very easy. If you have pets don’t buy. Also, lent, debris, aNd everything else sticks to this fabric and does not come off easily

The worst furniture I’ve bought in my life, the recliner stopped working after a mos, finally someone Came to see the problem on April 4 to this day I have not heard anything when or whether I will receive something to be fix

We love it! This coach is very good quality and the leather is thick and resilient. It is also very comfortable.

I'm really surprised at all these negative reviews! We've had this couch for 3 years now and had no issues with the arm rests breaking, seats sinking in, etc. We love this couch as it's comfortable and so easy to clean, especially with a toddler. We've tried many couches before deciding on this seat. We like couches that are more on the firm side. There is good lumbar support.

It's a beautiful looking couch. Nice leather. It's poorly made from a inside frame built perspective. It caves in because there is no frame/support or cushion inside. This includes the chaise, headrests and seats. Too bad because it a beautiful couch. Macy's should not sell this
