This sofa has very bad head support. I cannot use the recliner for more than 30mins neck hurts a lot.

This is a review for the delivery of the furniture. The furniture itself is very nice and we are just testing it out. The delivery people charged me $200 to move an old sofa and loveseat downstairs. They left so quickly I did not have a chance to install any nonskid pads for the furniture legs. I ended up having to disassemble all of the furniture, install all of the nonskid pads myself, and reassemble everything. So much for "white glove delivery service" that cost an additional $300.

Using for 5 years and still looks brand new Modern look, comfortable, fully 100% leather.

I purchased this unit with two recliners. The springs in the left facing recliner are bulging through the cushion. Thankfully, I reported w/in the warranty period. They will be here to inspect and verify is undeniable when compared with the second recliner; much less the chaise. I would not recommend this product.
