I've had the sectional for about a week. Very nice, comfortable, modern look, high quality leather. Great delivery experience, they set it all up in no time. I chose the chaise and one power recliner.

One of the recliners stopped working. When I tried to find a replacement actuator there was one option but it was not guaranteed to fit and it had to be shipped from Japan. The couch is otherwise comfortable but does take a while to soften up some as expected.

Never buy it. please read all the protection plans claim’s review. all have really bad experiences with them.

Tried to purchase in-store and the experience was horrible. Went home and ordered on computer, which was very easy. Sofa is super comfortable with great back support. We fight for the recliner section and the version with 2 recliners was on back order. We are very happy with our purchase

We loved the design of this couch. The color is not exactly what we hoped for. It has a bit of a brown tone to it. It is comfortable though, and does fit our needs.

Had this sofa for 4 years this month and completely love it! Never a problem and we use it every day. Still looks like the day I recccieved it.
