Damaged Merchandise

When I received my order I was told that there was a third party that it can from,, the boots WERE USED!!, there’s Several Scratches and Smudges of something white on the toe and along the back of one of the boots.. I made a complaint and USPS is SUPPOSE to pick them up for RETURN… HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING BACK REGARDING THIS ISSUE 👎🏽
