Worst experience ever

This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had they sent me a size 14 and I asked for a 11and a half there returns is such a inconvenience I was told my funds would be back on my card immediately which was not true it is a act of Congress to get your refund when it only took seconds for them to take payment very displeased with this experience

Not bad, not good

They look nice but they aren’t very durable and they’re not very good for all day wear as the only cushion is literally rubber an a thin foam insole.
