I love them!

I love these shoes to workout and run in. They are true to size. Very comfortable. I run outdoors and on the treadmill with them.

Why did Nike ruin the Free 5.0?

I have loyally worn the Nike Free 5.0 for about 10 years. They have been my go-to running show and I absolutely love them. They gave my foot the freedom and flexibility that has kept me fast and injury free while being durable enough to last a while. There have been pretty minimal design changes in that time. Then Nike changed it all up. I noticed they were really different in the store, but decided to try them out anyways. That was a huge mistake. After a 1 mile treadmill run to try them out, I ended up with a crazy pain in my left foot and big toe. I could not run for a week after that, Not only that, but even though I returned the shoes months ago, the pain still comes back sometimes. Basically, whatever Nike did with the new design messed up my feet. I have bought every pair of the old design that I can find online and dread having to find a new shoe. Nike, please get rid of this injury causing re-design and go back to the Free 5.0 that has been so popular for years!

A great sneaker

These sneakers are really cute and trendy. They fit best without socks. If you plan to wear socks with them I would suggest going up a 1/2 size. But I love them. They are my favorite indoor workout sneakers.

Comfortable shoe, snug fit.

Because of the snug sock-fit of this shoe, the shoe runs slightly small. I am able to wear them with thin socks, but find the shoe a bit too tight for comfort with an average sock. I suggest sizing up .5-1 size larger. I did a 3 mile walk in them yesterday and they were very comfortable.

Not wide enough!

The are comfortable fit but they are not wide enough so if you got a wide feet I do not recommend them. And they do feel hard when I step.

Fantastic fit and very light!

Amazingly responsive and lightweight shoe. These shoes hug every curve and bend of my foot and feel very secure on. These may take a little while to get used to if you’re more accustomed to running in stability shoes. There’s minimal padding but that’s okay because I don’t wear these longer than an hour. Have gotten accustomed to wearing them in runs greater than 10k.

Comfortable!

My daughter took these out for a run on the day they arrived and loved the comfort and support! Great purchase!
