Received the wrong Color!

I ordered a beige bag and received a red one. When I called Macy's to notify them, they said they could not do anything to help because this was through a third party seller. The amount of the bag changed and they said they could not honor what I originally paid even though I'd been sent the wrong item. Macys, you need to do better! Third party or not, it's still your responsibility to manage all of it. As a customer for over 25 years, I am very frustrated to say the least. Will be returning the item and will make sure not to buy anything that is through a third party seller.
