Nice boots, but very disappointed

I love the boot style which is why I purchased a pair not long ago, but my biggest disappointment happened when the heel cap/cover fell off. Not sure if only my pair came faulty, or if it's a faulty manufacturing issue. This pair is brand new with no heel cover.
