I used it for the first time yesterday. I was disappointed to find such tiny blades. I put in three ice cubes, some frozen fruit, yogurt, and milk. It locked up, didn't blend. Took.me 10 minutes to shake it loose before it finally blended but I'm seriously disappointed with it. I wa going to get these for gifts but I now I don't think so.

Two uses and then it died
I bought one of these a month ago. I’ve used it twice, and now it’s dead. The battery won’t take a charge. I don’t recommend it - it’s a piece of junk. Returning it to the store where I purchased it.

I believe that the base cover or the base for the bottom of the vessel should come with the ninja blender

Do Not Recommend. Horrible Warranty Policy
Had this blender for 1 month and it stopped working. When I inquired about the warranty information, they were going to charge me half of the original price to get it fixed. I will buy a good brand somewhere else for cheaper and have a working blender.

Not satisfied
Very unsatisfied, since day one every time I used it , it’s had to be plugged in, didn’t used it much,, and know it’s doesn’t work.
Horrible Product
Horrible product. Please do not buy this product. It stopped working and I reached out to the support desk. They told me it is not under warranty without even looking at the product or offering trouble shooting to fix. All they offered was a 30% discount on the next purchase. Extremely bad product and support service. Stay away from any Shark or Ninja products.
