Beautiful and good quality but tight

I have the Carmen in brandy and love them so I also bought the almond ones. They are beautiful and good quality but they are much tighter than the ones I have in brandy (although I ordered the same size). They still fit but the break-in process was much longer and painful. The advantage is that the leather creases less so the boots still look brand new.

Great quality, lots of flaws

love these boots, they feel and look so high quality. I bought one pair though and then needed different size so got another pair, and the color was very different! also they have so many big black marks on them in very obvious spots which make them immediate look so used. I know this was just a flaw with the luck of the draw because the first pair didn’t have these, but nonreturnable so can’t do anything about it:( Very narrow at first but wear in slowly

My favorite pair of shoes!

These boots are the best. They started pretty stiff and tight, and definitely took some time to break in, but they’re now the most comfortable pair of shoes I own. I could walk (and have walked) miles in them. The almond color is lovely, and I’ve gotten so many complements on them! They feel high quality, and like they’ll last for years. I am usually a true 9, but ordered a 9. 5 in these, which was the right move. They started a bit tight but are now the perfect size.

Not thrilled

The boots are nicely made--however they came scuffed and nicked. If I could add pictures I would. Additionally it took over two weeks for them to get to me.

My new favorite go to boots!

I love these so much! They fit great and wear comfortably. Not too much or too little cushion in the insole and very stylish. I love that the sole has a nice grip to it so I don’t slide around on icy days. Perfect Chelsea boot! Would buy again.

Disappointed - stiff and uncomfortable

Uncomfortable and stiff. I was so disappointed when these boots arrived - the color is not uniform or warm and they scuff easily. In addition, they have never stretched out or “worn in” to be comfortable, despite getting a larger size than normal. I have had them for over a year now. Would not recommend.

Very classy

I sized up half a size since I have a wider foot. They took a bit of breaking in with a thick sock but are now very comfy. I wouldn't say they run narrow. I am very happy with them since they help dress up and outfit without sacrificing comfort and still staying cozy. These are my second pair of nisolo shoes and definitely not my last. So worth the investment! The quality is wonderful.
