Works great, but same 'ole cover that breaks!

Had this for a little over a month and it's working great! This isn't my first Norecol shaver so the reason for 4 stars is the cover. It's been the same for years. It's so easy to break off one of the knobs that hold it in place and I can already see that it won't be long until this one breaks too! Comeon guys, fix this issue!

It is very compact and don't take up much room.

I love this razor. It gives me a nice close shave. And the clean pod keeps it nice and clean and is easy to use.I have been using phillips norelco razors for years.I have tried others but norelco is the best.

Not what I expected

Philips claims “ The Philips Norelco Series 7000 glides smoothly over your skin, while cutting each hair close - even on 3-day beards”. My experience is very different … it does not cut each hair close nor does it glide smoothly. It is a heavy shaver (compared to others), and the trimmer scratches without successfully trimming my sideburn. I need to go over my face several times before getting anything close to a smooth shave

Great unit

This purchase represents the fifth Norelco shaver in my life. In my mind, there is no better product nad quality for the cost. Thisparticular model features a numnber of advancements over my previous unit. These features, I think, reflects the company's approach to customer based product inprovement.

Sounds slow but cuts well.

The shaver gives a quick and close dry shave. My only complaint is that it does not sound like it is running at full speed. It sounds like the batteries are about dead. However it still cuts very well.
