Product wasn’t packed carefully

I came to Macy Lakewood to pick up Noritake Hammock Assorted Mugs Set of 4, I got the package fast and didn’t open it . Unfortunately, when I opened it at home, one of the mugs had been broken. Will have to return it! .

Noritake Hammock

We absolutely love these dishes. We have the dinner dishes as well but we actually use these most nights as dinner plates. The surface area is perfect for dinner use not huge but definitely not small. We have both the dots and the stripes and I love mixing them together. We use the dishwasher daily and have had no issues with any of our pieces.
