mangled box

Box came completely destroyed by ups but product looked ok. Gave it as a Christmas present and it does not work. It must have been internally damaged during its rough trip.

Macys shipped disaster

Macys shipped in the soft cardboard box via UPS, it arrived.The box was partially opened at top with 1 2 inch strip of clear tape reinforcement . Top protruding top of box, yep, broken at base, and internal cylindrical metal squished. So I had to return to store, none available at local stores, and now completely out of stock. I could see soft box with local delivery, but with UPS with multi heavy packages cross country-it didnt have a chance. Deleted pics of arrival condition, after return.
