Worst purchase ever

I liked this rug at Macy's show room: it was traditional, thick and with beautiful colors so I purchased a 8' x 10' size. Macy did the delivery at home on time but the rug package was damaged and it was a little dirty. However I kept the rug and put it on my living room. The rug colors were not the same as those one at the show room, they were much darker. Since the colors matches with my furniture colors I decided to keep the rug. At the first month it was OK but when we put on the heater on November it smelled like a sheep and we tried a lot of ways (like baked soda, febreze ..) but it still has bad smell. I am looking for getting a professional to deal with this issue.

THis rug is beautiful. It has the look of a classic oriental ,but with a very today look. THe deep rich burgundy backround pops out with the taupe border. I t also has blues, yellows, greys and greens making it really a neutral for any room . We have it in our great room and it gave it the ambience it needed. It was a great choice.
