DISAPPOINTING PURCHASE

I am very disappointed with this purchase. Unfortunately, after 3 months the light switch no longer works it is broken, I have called Macy's customer service and I did not receive any help, I was told to call the vendor directly and I was provided a wrong number for the vendor. I did my own research and called the vendor directly, I have left several messages, to date no one has returned my call. Macy's should take responsibility for items that are purchased on their websites regardless of who the vendor is.
