Gigantic tablet size

The tablets are gigantic in size and hard to swallow. Can they be chewed instead? Just bought it and was barely able to swallow one capsule so i now have 179 capsules that will go to waste 🥲

I’m no longer happy with this product

I’ve been using this product for 2 months now and so far I’m happy with the product however just noticed it has listed silicon dioxide as other ingredients. This worries me don’t think I’ll be buying this again.
