Awful smell that won’t go away after a month!

We are not pleased at all. This rugs smells awful. A chemical nasty smell. The quality is not impressive either. We’ve aired it out and waited a month, but the smell persists and is incredibly strong. We can’t even enjoy sitting in that room anymore. I am hopeful the company will assist me with a return. It is not livable. I have purchased other rugs from this company without any issue.

The rug measurements are off by a feee inches in each direction. Too long and too narrow from what I had ordered.

Thin rug, pattern dark on one side and light on other

I purchased this exact same rug from this exact same company 5 years ago. My old rug is MUCH thicker than the new one. The new one you can pull the carpet pieces apart and easily see the bottom of the rug. It is really sad to see the quality have gone down. The description says .35 inch thick, same as what the old rug said when I bought it. This rug is not at all .35 inches. Also, the rug is light on one end and colors are dark on the other. My other rug (exact same rug from 5 years ago) did not have this problem. I’m disappointed. I do love the color and print, it’s totally my style - this is the only reason I’m giving a 3 instead of a 2 star.
