Great rug just came with a little black stain

I love this rug so much. It had a small black spot in it and I’m hoping rugs USA will send me a cleaning kit or replace it. I do love it and it’s such a shame !

Much more than expected.

The rug is really pretty & soft. Feels great to walk on. Would be nice for kids & stepping out of bed. I got a runner to sit by sliding door. Dogs love to lay on it. I got the beige color & still very clean.
