poor quality and fit

My husband has worn NunBush leather loafers for years. We could always depend on a high quality, good leather, and well made shoe. He wears a 12W. This time I ordered them online..They were so small he could not even get them on his feet. The shoes were no longer the high quality, hand stitched shoes he had loved for years. Shoes are glued on, so cannot be repaired. They are no longer made in the USA. We were both disappointed and will be returning the shoes.
