Nice surprise!
For starters, I was pleasantly surprised when this arrived that it was in such a nicely packaged tin. I specifically wanted a purple palette and got just that. This is the 2nd NYX palette I've purchased and I've got to say, it's a great value compared to the more expensive brands and is not lacking in any way. If you have good quality makeup brushes you should be pleased with how well the shadows go on and blend. I haven't yet used the pencil so can't comment on that aspect.

The palette is very beautiful and versatile, super wearable colors, for day to day and ballad, and the eyeliner completes the look. I'm Brazilian and I buy a lot of NTX products, I'm in love! They are wonderful products that do not disappoint you.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT
The color pay off is truly amazing. The shimmers shine like the sun and the mattes are just perfect. Even without setting spray it can last all day.

Super Pretty!
I actually bought mine at Ulta. If you like sparkles, this one is for you. I was surprised (pleasantly so) that the light lavender glitter shade is actuallly a matte glitter. I use mattel shades only in the browbone area because metallics enhance my wrinkes, lol! I was able to create a look with this palette only. I saw one reviewer didn't like the liquid eyeliner. TBH, I haven't tried it. I just can't work with liquid liners. I can't see without a magnifying mirroer and my hand isn't steady enough to draw a cat eye but can usually do it with a pencil.

Would not recommend
I am usually very happy with NYX products but was very dissapointed with this set. The eyeshadows are not of the same quality as the other NYX eyeshadows I have used. Very poor color payoff and the eyeliner is very runny. I would not recommend this set.

good gift for a young girl
I gave this palette to my niece for Christmas and she just loved the gift. she likes the fact that you can reuse the tin cases. the colors are fun to play with.
