Pigmented.. smooth application
It has soft texture and is very pigmented, good value for money. Honestly I like these better than pencils as most of the product is wasted while sharpening it. But the only con is it is not smudge proof. Other than that good packaging and good product

like the NYX Retractable Lip Liner because it’s affordable, easy to use, and has shades that work for everyday looks. It lasts well on me, but I’ve learned to twist up just a little so it doesn’t break, and I always put on balm first so it feels smoother.
