On 34th Plus Size Cotton Gauze Smocked-Waist Wide-

Very disappointed. Wrong size was sent after waiting about two weeks. Returned because of the incompenancy of Macy's (not the first order that wrong item/size has been sent. After all the complaints and reviews you would think something would be done to to eliminate this problem.

Very annoying to have to return these pants because the completely wrong size was sent. I ordered 3x and received a 0x.

DO NOT ORDER THE 2X SHORT website has wrong sku

THREE times I ordered the 2X-short. THREE times I received a 3X-short. The coding on the website is incorrect. It's annoying because I cannot get these in my local stores. Fortunately I also ordered a regular 2X (which did arrive as 2X) and I have a sewing machine. Normally I don't leave a review based on service, but I think it might be the only way to get Macy's to pay attention. MACYS - FIX THE WEBSITE PLEASE. The pants, however, are quite nice. Perfect summer weight and the white isn't overly see-thru.

Idiots!

It’s no wonder Macy’s is going broke! They sent me the wrong size pants and a bra I didn’t order! This is not the first time I’ve been shipped items I didn’t order. It’s so annoying because I have to go through the whole hassle of returning the items and reordering the correct item! Get your act together Macy’s! PS I was forced to give a star rating - they need to add a big, fat zero!!’
