Good sizing

The sizing is good though I sized up to give ample room for thick socks during winter. I also wish it was I/2 inch shorter and made with real leather. However, it was a good purchase!

Order for On 34 Rachelle Ladies Boots

This order was placed on February 25. Tracking showed it in Knoxville, Tenn on February 28 and delivery on Monday, March 3. It still hasn't arrived. I did an online chat with a customer service rep on March 3 and again on March 4. Last night, said records showed it had been ordered February 28 and would be delivered today, March 5. I don't have any tracking records to support this.
