very bad fabric is filled with loose threads

I have always bought clothes at Macy's has quality but with this pulover of this brand I did not do well only the first laying was filled with loose threads does not have good quality fabric even though it is a super soft fabric.

Nice Shirt

I really like the shade of green and the way this top fits me. So many t-shirts made for women are either too tight or too boxy but this has a nice feminine fit without being too snug. I'm a size 4/6. It's very comfortable.
