won't buy they briefs again

the material is really thin and the pouch is on the small side and think they may have miss labeled since they were on the large size and I ordered medium won't buy again I went to the rounderbum website and sent two emails telling them about these briefs and asked about other underwear they sell it said someone would respond within 24 hours and its been three weeks and haven't heard a word from them, but they keep sending me ads almost every day
