Beautiful deep, dark navy blue

The color does look purple-ish in the bottle; however, when you apply two coats, it is a gorgeous dark navy blue. I highly recommend applying a basecoat and top coat to prevent nail staining and to add a high protective shine to your manicure.

Purple, not navy

This is my fourth OPI purchase and was disappointed to find that the "Russian Navy" which looks like a indigo blue in the picture is actually a glittery purple. Love OPI otherwise. Not sure I will go through the hassle of returning it but I also purchased the Viking purple. What a bummer. Was really looking forward to this one.
