loud and leaky while you brush

I bought a pack of two of these toothbrushes for myself and my dad. We are both disapppointed. The toothbrush is quite loud and the head has a little hole that ends up leaking down the handle of the toothbrush while you brush your teeth. I would not reccommend, it's poor quality is not worth the money.

Black Body White Base/Toothbrush Heads?

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was so excited to buy this product. So disappointed with what I saw when I opened the box. Can’t understand why they offer a black body with a white base and white toothbrush heads.

I can’t change my ring colours anymore

When I originally bought my toothbrush I was able to change the colour of the led ring. I had recently reinstalled the app and now I have no option to change the colour of my toothbrush led light. And I can’t find anywhere to ask for help. The toothbrush itself works great, but this feature is missing.

not a nice toothbrush

we bought this brush in rose gold colour and the metal shaft on handle is very loose and the thing has a mind of its own meaning sometimes it just cuts out in middle of brushing your teeth .

Worth buying

Omg I’ve only used it once already and my teeth are so clean. I thought I was doing a good job before but my new electric toothbrush has taken away all that plaque that sits at the gum line that an ordinary toothbrush can’t remove. I found the Oral-B Genius 8000 easy to set up and use. I am connected via the app on my iPhone, and am now pretty enthusiastic about maintaining my dental health.

Can & will break

Breaks, can't recharge, and super expensive! Is this thing produced and made by Apple? Save your money and find another company. Also, the website is a broken piece of trash. Like, makes like, eh?
