Nostalgic-looking Tea Kettle

I got the vivid orange; very pretty and feminine 🤭. The kettle heats water quickly and shuts off when done. The kettle is a great appliance to have for spur of the moment cups of hot beverages. There are LED lights around the base of the water basin that turn on and off for reassurance that it is working properly. The handle is user-friendly and does not get hot nor are there any parts on the outside that get hot. Moreover, it is a little bit obtrusive in my small space. I live in a camper and have minimal counter space. The cord, which appears by the thickness of it to be well insulated, is not very long. I placed mine close to a wall socket.

I liked the look and lightness of this water boiler- but it has a defect: when you pour water out of the glass kettle- some of the water flows down the side and back on the sitting pad. Who wants hot water all over the place? I believe it’s the extra spout inside the unit that’s causing this.
