Good dishwasher safe cutting boards.

These cutting boards are good, I like the groove around the edge to collect juices, and the little feet that hold it just off the counter. They fit in my dishwasher but it's also easy to clean them by hand.

Good, but easily damaged by serrated knives

I received these boards as a gift last Christmas. I really appreciate the little feet that lift them off the counter and hold them in place. I would recommend that they not be used with serrated knives. Though the regular paring and chef's knives I generally use have left only subtle scratches, recently I sliced a loaf of bread with a serrated bread knife and noticed it left deep gashes in the edge of one board. Now I feel like I've ruined my larger board by slicing rhubarb with a serrated paring knife - the resulting grooves are very rough and hard to clean out.

Great Dishwasher Safe Cutting Boards

These are high quality cutting boards. Like that they are dishwasher safe. The feet at the bottom help the board not slip around on the countertop which is a big upgrade over most boards.

OK but Ultimately Returning

I like these cutting boards for three features: 1. They are light and easy to handle 2. They are easy on blades. I have been migrating to high end, Japanese carbon-steel knives and the last thing I want is for a cutting board to compromise my investment. 3. They are more sanitary and dishwasher safe The reason for only giving 3 stars is that they shed plastic. Who wants more plastic in their food and body? I am returning them and likely will buy a Hagesawa. It’s much more expensive, but highly reviewed and does not shed.
