The OXO good grips long reach dusting system includes an extendable pole and three interchangeable heads that pivot and lock into a variety of positions to tackle dust at any angle. The stainless steel pole extends up to 8' and collapses to 3' for convenient storage. The machine washable microfiber head features long, fluffy fibers for reaching into nooks and crannies. The cobweb duster has flagged bristles for trapping dust and webs, and the closed loop duster cleans all sides of ceiling fans in a single motion, without rotating the fan. A clip holds heads neatly together and hangs off pole for compact storage.

OXO disappoints

Very disappointed. I had high hopes for this tool. it's difficult to snap the dusting pieces into place. The brushes are scratchy instead of soft. The microfiber duster falls off repeatedly. Go back to the drawing board and "put a woman in charge".

Disappointing Purchase

Heads malformed by packaging in transit. Heads very difficult to interchange. Not impossible, but challenging. I’d rather have three different tools than one stem and three heads.

Item had been used

When I opened the box, it was obvious that this had been returned before. The fan brush was worn out and frazzled and so was the spider web brush. I assume that the product wasn't inspected after it was returned. I didn't contact Macy's, but I did call OXO. They had me send a photos of the worn out brushes. Then they sent me a whole new system. Everything inside was brand new. Great company, OXO. Macy's should inspect returns before reselling!!

Love, love, love it!

It is so helpful to have this Long Reach Dusting System. I can dust of. all the ceiling fans (including the blades) with it. I wish OXO would have a Long Reach Mopping System the same reach.

Grateful in Minnesota

I had the shorter version of this set in the past and loved it. Now this reaches higher to clean pipes and heating system in my loft that is in a renovated Historic building. I could not be more pleased!

LOVE IT

I bought it for the long reach duster and "spiderwebs in the corner" brush. It meets and exceeds expectations. What I didn't expect to love so much is the ceiling fan brush. I thought it was a bit extra, but it does a great job and does dramatically shorten the time fussing with spinning blades
