Measurements Incorrect!

The bag is just the color I expected, the quality is good, the looks are good, BUT!!! I read closely the sizes listed so that I could carry in it certain documents that go to say, doctors' appointments. Your measurements were totally incorrect, totally !!!. The width was NOT the measurement listed, the height was NOT the measurement listed, and on top of that, the ZIPPER CUT OFF ANOTHER 1 1/2" from the width. How could you do that to people who spent good money on a product they were excited to find. So now what! Well, I will keep the bag, because it's beautiful, but now I must purchase another bag that can hold the documents I must take with me to meetings. And unfortunately, I won't purchase any other items from Macy's as I can't trust your measurements; and that disappoints me.

Bad zipper design.

Cute bag but poor design. The zipper prevents full access to outside compartments. Also does not feel like leather.

Great Smaller Sachel

Has one zipper to close three areas that can store wallet, cell phone, sunglasses. Has another small zippered area inside to hold small items like lipstick, chapstick, keys, etc. Bought in Cappucino which is a beautiful color. Smooth soft leather. Very pleased with my purchase. I have always in the past bought my handbags in person. This is definitely a keeper
