Good but....
Bought it in store and loved the details snd the leather but as noted by another reviewer the straps are not attached at the right place and it does not fit well on the back. I might be returning it unless I can get it adjusted.
Almost perfect!
I have been brand loyal to another leather handbag maker for the last 10 years but they haven't delivered on backpacks as of late. So I decided to give the Jovanna by Patricia Nash a try! What drew me in was the beautiful leather detail and lack of obnoxious brand label. I bought her at Macy's at 40% off MSRP which was a great price for a quality bag and I have been using it for a week. I LOVE the outer pockets and the drawstring for the main compartment. My only complaint thus far is the straps, as another Macy's reviewer previously commented. I'm 5'-6" tall and of average build. Even on the shortest strap adjustment, the bag doesn't sit in quite the right spot and "bounces" when I walk. It should sit a little higher. Since I got a good deal on this bag, I feel justified in taking her to my trusted cobbler to make an elegant adjustment to shorten the straps. I think this bag will wear beautifully over time. Beautifully crafted
I just purchased this backpack bag. I absolutely love it. The quality and textures beautifully done. This one will definitely go to Italy with me. Waiting for more in different style and colors.

Great craftsmanship on this bag. Loved the feel and the design. However, when on, it hung too far from my body. No matter what length the straps were adjusted. Decided it was because the straps were attached to the bag too far from the top. Sad for me.
