Beautiful bag but…

This a beautiful purse. Unfortunately, I returned it. I was going to use it for a little sketching kit and, although it is big enough in general, the way it opens makes it difficult to insert larger items, e.g. a small sketch pad.

Perfect purse for me

I love, love, love the Josie bag format. I have both velvet patterns so far and plan to purchase an all-leather one soon. The reason I like this one so much is because it checks off many of my requirements: 1) it perfectly carries my iPhone ProMax, a small wallet, a 3 oz. bottle of hand sanitizer, my daily pill organizer, a tin of Altoids, chap stick and my keys. Since the bag is square-ish, all items fit in like a Tetris game and don't jostle around. 2) the strap drop is perfect for me when out to the last hole. I like my cross-body bags to hang right on my hip. I am not a small girl and a lot of time cross-body straps are too short. And 3) the zipper works smoothly and quickly - every time. The decorative tassel is actually functional and helps the zipping/unzipping process. Yes, this bag is smaller than a lot of other PN bags, but it's design allows for all my necessities to be carried and does not allow me to accommodate the inconvenient request - "Mom/Honey - can you carry this (screwdriver, tape measure, hammer, Styrofoam ball sculpture, half-eaten sticky gargantuan lollipop, etc.) for me in your purse?" !! Sorry babe - won't fit, you'll have to carry that yourself!!

Pretty handbag

This is a very pretty handbag, great size. I needed a slightly larger, but not too big Crossbody, and then split the bill to fit my wallet and my phone.
