The zipper broke after two car trips

I received the Vitalia Underseater for Mother's day. I only used it twice on two weekend car trips. I unzipped the empty suitcase to pack and the zipper separated in two places. I contacted PN with pictures and receipt. They said it couldn't be repaired. As soon as I send in the suitcase they will send a gift certificate for the website. This is a really beautiful suitcase! It's the perfect size for underseat. I will try another model with hope of a sturdier zipper. Unfortunately the suitcase didn't perform even under light duty. I would like to add that I absolutely love my PN purses! If the zipper on this suitcase were as rigid as the zipper on my purses PN would have nailed it for the perfect suitcase.

Faulty Zipper!

I love Patricia Nash products and have purchased them for years. The quality has always been top notch. However, this travel bag proved to be a bit of a disaster. It was purchased for a long awaited vacation and when packing it the night before I found out that the zipper was defective and the travel bag would not stay zipped. This created a lot of havoc since I had nothing to replace it. As well as being defective, I believe the zipper used was not sturdy enough for this application However, this company stands behind it's products and they gave me a credit for the full retail value of the piece. I will not hesitate to buy from them again. They are a great company to deal with.
