Terrible quality

Where were these comments before I ordered this bag in August. I bought this for my 5 year old & on the 2nd day of school, the strap that you would use to hang the bag up in the cubby was completely unthreaded when he got off the bus. Then a couple days ago his zipper broke. He hasn’t been in school 3 weeks yet and already needs a new bag. Will be returning. It’s made out of cheap quality that’s for certain.

Very Bad quality.

My son was very excited about his new backpack, but the 4th day of school the strap broke on.

Very disappointed

So shocked with the quality of the bag specially zipper and the sides of the bag is very cheap and in a day threads coming out...very disappointed

I bought this backpack for the new school year. 3 days later the straps are literally hanging on by a thread.
