Never Received Item

I ordered this item on July 6, 2025, and the item was never delivered. I have made multiple calls to Macy's to find out where the item is. I have been told that the company went bankrupt. I am not getting anywhere with the Macy's agents to try and resolve this issue. This is ridiculous.

white is not white

I really love these loungers I bought, we have just taken 1 out the box, after our hurricane Ida remodel and the white is unfortunately not white, it’s a linen color.. I wish grey would have been a selection at the time of ordering. i would recommend the piece, because it is beautiful and seems to be well made, but just know the white is linen.

Holes don’t line up

While this looks comfortable, assembly is impossible because the holes do not align, the two pieces are not connectable and the instructions are vague.
