Wrong advertising

On Dec 19 decided to placed the order for my grandson christmas gift. I saw the ad that said 2 days shipping, order got processed the following day, wasn’t worried I figured 2 days still will come on time. Got a confirmation number a tracking number which delivery day says January 2. It went from a 2 day shipping to a 2 weeks shipping and contact the seller their response was “is an estimated delivery” not taking any responsibility for it or putting on the ad the word “estimate”. So now I have to wait for this one to get delivered for me to return it and go thru the whole return process. I had to spend more money on buying another one elsewhere for my grandson to have his gift on time because of the mess.
