Macy’s coming through for DR!

Macy’s might be an odd place to buy some Pokemon TCG stuff, but if you catch a drop they charge fair prices and ship fast! Great product, Destined Rivals is a fantastic set.

Lost/Stolen package

Do not purchase online, OnTrac will lose/steal your package and claim it was delivered. Do better, Macy’s and use a reputable package courier.

So close

I was excited to receive the Destined Rivals Elite Trainer Box, and I'm glad the item itself was delivered. However, the shipping and handling were clearly lacking. The product arrived with a torn seal, and the box had visible nicks and dents—not ideal for collectors or gifting purposes. I expected better from Macy’s in terms of packaging care. Hoping future orders are handled with more attention to condition and presentation.

Product arrived damaged

I finally managed to get one of these ETBs as they're incredibly difficult to find. I was extremely sad to receive the box in bad shape and the ETB inside completely smashed. I asked for an exchange, but this being such a hot item, they are not in stock. I am very upset that after putting so much effort in, I received a product that looks like it was used as a soccer ball.
