Other occasion to buy:Macy’s…do better.

Products were damaged and not packaged correctly!

Products were shipped in a thin bag via USPS with no wrapping to protect product. Product arrived heavily damaged and box torn almost on purpose. Company is very careless on how they package and damage products…

Paid - Got Confirmation - Got Cancelled

I paid for 2 and got the confirmation for my order. I even had time to grab more but chose not to because I opened the packs and didn’t want to take the opportunity away from someone else. Then 3 hours later, I get an email saying my order was canceled because it was sold out. How does that make any sense? If it was sold out, how did I manage to buy it in the first place—and still had the option to buy more? That’s incredibly frustrating. I followed the process, got the confirmation, and played fair. Now I’m being told I’m out of luck? That’s not okay.
