Love the dress but I had to return it

Beautiful dress , but I had to return it because I ordered a size 12 instead of 14

It came all wrinkled in a small plastic bag too!

We had placed this order for size 7! After two weeks of waiting - we recieved Size 10!!! And now we are forced to wait another 3 years for our grand doughter to grow so she coul ware it!!! This is not the first time that Macy’s Is messing up our orders!!!! Shame on you. How many more times we have to compromise to you guys???
