Don’t count on a warranty

The pillow is quite comfortable, but don’t fall for the promise of a warranty. The pillow comes with a printed insert that says “2year warranty” but not even the name of the company. Very disappointing!

You can’t wash it?!

This was my first memory foam pillow purchase. It came with no care instructions, so I started searching the internet. Most of the things that I read stated that you cannot wash memory foam. As soon as I read these articles, I returned the pillow. I want a pillow that I can put in a washing machine and clean. You can only wipe this pillow. I returned it.

So right! I did stop looking. great Pillow!

Really nice pillow. It is soft but with great support. My ears don't hurt so bad it wakes me up because it's so hard. The support under my neck is perfect. I can use both the high or low side. Both are so soft and wonderful. Like a marshmallow but somehow is dense enough for support. I was surprised. I am keeping it. Hard to find a pillow to begin with. I have another contour pillow that I am keeping. Bio something? Not as soft as this one but has all the same features I am looking for. Took me a few tries before I found them.
