Wouldn't buy online again

The bed itself is comfy, but someone needs to go some package design to ensure not every bed comes damaged. Offered $160 or replacement, replacement came damaged, just no integrity with the customer service.

Had one of these for ten years and loved it. Got another one to replace it with a move. This one kills my back and I cannot sleep.

Stiffened over time

After almost two years the feel of the mattress has changed significantly and it is not too hard for my wife or I to sleep on our sides. Disappointed with the mattress.

Very comfortable! I'd buy it again!
